I am a very active woman that enjoys all types of sports and athletics. The older I get, the more I move to make sure I stay healthy, in-shape and to be the role model for others… especially my children. I'm big into biking, volleyball, swimming, running and golf. There are NO limits to what the mind and body can accomplish. Age is NO factor.
